Two months after the release and the success of the first version, Perla117 decided to work more on the map and improve it as much as he can. This time he focused on some cool new features that can improve the gameplay, and others that have never been seen in any Halo CE multiplayer map.
Perla117 would like to bring to Halo CE multiplayer something different: a map that, in addition to improved graphics thanks to SPV3 tags and various OpenSauce features, can give you a new kind of gameplay — allowing you to activate various things in the map such as defensive turrets, doors, bridges, Pelican support, different types of Lua scripts like sprint or armor abilities, and more.
Note: the server needs to run the correct Lua scripts if you want the Lua features to work.
No! The map is playable with both extensions (OS and HAC2). That's because Perla117 used a tool called OSTA that bypasses the 120 MB limit when compiling with the OS tool without memory upgrades — so practically, the map is both OS and HAC2 compatible.
If you use HAC2 you will not be able to see the OS features.
Recommended: use OpenSauce for the best graphical experience.
On shader models, weapons, vehicles, scenery, bipeds, etc. — for better tag quality. Examples:
Three lightmap files, one for every light direction (X Y Z), for high-quality lightmaps. Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0J6bKySzsUw
These are all the scripting features you can find in this map, divided into Lua scripts, Chimera scripts, and map scripts.
Note: this list is not complete and is subject to change.
